I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bengaluru City on Brigade Road, surrounded by branded outlets and lively pubs. The staff were professional and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was a nice addition. However, the room I stayed in had issues with mold and fungi, making it uncomfortable. Despite this, the overall stay was pleasant thanks to the cozy room and excellent service.
